Called in for some help and advice and was attended by a very helpful member of staff at Springfields outlet shop Spalding. She sorted the issues out in a friendly, patient and helpful manner.

Visited the EE store at Springfields January 28th.My wife and I went in to see about upgrading our current phones. The gentleman that dealt with us was great and was very patient with me and was knowledgeable.Overall we were both very happy with the service we received today

The EE shop in Springfields is so helpful. We have been here for a few jobs now from my husbands phone, then to updating our broadband, now for my phone contract.It's so good to talk to a nice person about sorting phones out ect.. and we're in our 30s but still like to see it and talk to someone!And not pushy at all just really helpful!
