St Annes Cricket Club

I had my husbands wake there a few weeks ago, and since then, I attended a night out that was organised. It was a very good venue and the food was excellent at both times. The chef is superb. Ring after 4pm if you want to make a booking.

The sat-nav sends you to the exit road.There's a reasonable amount of parking spaced but limited amount of disabled bays. The function room is clean and spacious , the Hotpot was a favourite. The staff are polite and helpful.

The management is worst! As well the member of the cricket club they all turn against us just to justify their egos if the management cant handle the under 16’s party please do reject the other upcoming parties and not taking our money then follow your selfish rules.. we are forced to send our guest home earlier just because the other staff of the member our not pleased. Didnt refund my 2 hours money paying their facilities. I’ve help them most of the cleacing up tables whilst the party is on but again the other member of the staff/coaches are not happy they all decided to force us to leave. I wont even give them even half of the star. Old facilities, worst management (apart from Karen behind the bar very helpful) basically the club is run by the most ignorant people u will ever encounter. Please please change your advertisement and dont accept under 16’s parties if you cant handle or manage properly we need to speak people from turkey (on holiday) and force us via phone to leave the premises. It is not worth to give it a go unless your desperate for cheap venue. Worst social club I’ve ever been (management wise and facility wise) the children are force to get wet under the rain tonight to satisfy their selfish decision.Replied: to the owner whom ever replied to my reviews, please check the camera if only one adult looking after the children my husband and his relatives arrived 30 mins after your arrogant member approach me with his finger on my face please do check the camera around the venue where we hired if we just let those kids to “disbehave” as your words there was 9 adults there looking after them and if u will recall the camera we are all helping each other to let those children to stay in the venue, 2nd you obviously listen to the stories of those men who drink whole day there since we arrived and act like they own the whole place you only stated to your reply base on their stories (ONE SIDED) I have verbally agreement to those parents to be picked up by 10pm most of them are young girls imagine your own kid to walk around in the dark under the heavy rain waiting for the parents to arrive at least u can do allow those young girls to stay within the premises untill the parents have arrived. Selfishly your member and whoever on that phone with my husband decided to forced us to leave didnt even think how dangerous those girls walking along that street on their own in the dark and late night. About the bottle that you have mentioned are throwing around We have ask those kids to leave even before your rude arrogant staff/member throw their tantrums to us! We never leave our eyes to those children unless we need to go to the toilet. We ask them to back to the venue everytime they will leave. Please cheack the camera before you replied to this review OBVIOUSLY YOUR DEFENDING YOUR SIDE AND THE WAY YOU MANAGE THE SOCIAL CLUB. Disgrace!

It is an ok place, good for a kids party. It doesn't take cash.

We were there for a post-christening get together so can't give an opinion on the cricket side of things but the clubhouse did a good job with the catering supplying food, both hot and cold, and drinks from our private bar. It was a hot day so being able to sit out on the verandah with a nice view of the pitch was a bonus. Toilet facilities were functional and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy but neither were the prices so overall it represented good value for money and just what we wanted.

We go to the quiz on Wednesday, cheap drinks and fun environment. The locals are really friendly and it just makes the quiz more fun. Staff are also really nice and chatty

Stayed on the carpark for the night, showers and toilets available + chemical toilet disposal. Great bar in the evening. We went to Blackpool promenade to see the lights that evening going up in the Blackpool tower too. Grass pitches are available at the club for those that want them. Would definitely recommend this venue if you want to visit Blackpool beach £15 per night on October 23.

Booked the cricket club for our daughter's 18th Birthday a couple of weeks ago.All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond with the party.The food served up by the catering team was fantastic and we had lots of comments about how good it was from attendees.We were advised several times in thr build up to the party that they only take card payments.Thanks everyone, I would highly recommend.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Food cooked freshly and inexpensive. Drinks were not expensive either.Fabulous relaxing afternoonFireworks display is amazing. £5 for a family is an absolute bargain

Wouldn't book for a function again, owners were extremely rude, and room wasn't really worth it for the price. Also only accepts cash at the bar which I was not previously informed of, so many people at the function couldn't pay for drinks as they'd only brought cash.
