Service is really bad, the cashiers are wearing (not all) face coverings and just scan and chuck stuff expecting you to “catch” the item. Delicate broken items just break more. The way the cashier chucked the bag was rude too. After a day trip to Bham from London, i did find this shop useful compared to London grocery shops. I was able to find lots of products that i struggle to find in London. Huge variety! just awful customer service skills!

One of my favourite supermarkets, most of Pakistani food, is available in shop all different section items in a shelf are nice, tidy up fruit, and vegetables and meat sections are good nice Big car park friendly staff.

Staff at the meat section are very arrogant and egotistical. In fact, the staff in general are very unprofessional. The manager, who is a lady, is very incredibly rude and dismissive of customers; I have overheard her backbiting about other customers.

I went to buy some meat today around 10am and i was horrified to see loads of flys around the meat and i noticed the fly electric sttingers were both off, so i to the 2 workers about the fly sttingers and they totally ignored me. Not going there again.

One of the Best Markets in Birmingham specially for Asians. More Specially for Pakistanis because almost everything is available on a very reasonable price. Staff is very good and cooperative. Highly recommended to all those who can possibly visit. stay Blessed Eveyone.

Absolutely terrible experience, we arrived in the car park and he said we have to pay £2 for the car park and we can get a refund inside, he didn't for once mention a minimum spend, we ending up having to pay more money inside for unnecessary food items that we didn't even require. They completely pressure you and have a disgusting attitude, its not at all a great shopping experience and instead they take advantage of the customer. Avoid!!

A must-go supermarket when you are in Birmingham. You are able to get all the Asian vegetables, fruits and masalas under one roof. A huge variety. Lots of choices. There is a butchery in there as well where you can get chicken, lamb and beef of good quality. The staff are very helpful too.

Very much disappointed by meat section. Waited there long time. Called twice to staff to serve. One says I am on brake and other two keep chatting and no preferences to customer. Other than meat section is good.

The staff at the meat section has always been rude and the service is too slow for many years. I don't know where the hell they get these staff from. They need to get there act together and think of the customers first. I would love to name and shame a few of them but let's see if they improve. They don't even deserve a star but I had to put it on for me to publish it.
