First went to Simon with a tear in my spine, I really thought that rehab would take a long time but Simon has worked wonders. He understands the needs of each client, he talks you through the treatment and the outcomes aswell as detailing what's going on and how to to carry on treatment at home. I highly highly recommend Simon to anyone with a recent injury or for those who undertake alot of strenuous exercise/activities and need to check in with a physio. Thanks Simon!

Really great professional friendly service. Very knowledgeable and Simon has been able to deal with all my sports niggles that I've had since upping my activity in January. I've been able to notice the difference since using Vitalize Physiotherapy service and am much stronger and am now using the correct muscles for exercises which is making my training more enjoyable and a lot less uncomfortable. I am running the London Marathon in April and went to Simon to prevent injury. I have had a sports massage with Simon which was brilliant and after a couple of sore days I can definitely feel the difference it has made! I then has a 121 to go through my movement and I have come away with some great exercises and information to improve my mobility which will really help with my running and training for the marathon to prevent any injuries. Simon is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend not only if you are already injured but also to prevent any injuries.

When I first visited Simon, around 6 months ago, I couldn't walk without pain. I hobbled around with swollen feet, ankles, calves, you name it. Frequently resorted to using crutches and crawling upstairs. I had been getting steadily worse for 4 or 5 years and had made multiple trips to the GP, hospital, chiropodists, and other physios.The first exercises he gave me I completed on the upstairs landing so I could use the stairs to get on and off the floor!With Simon's patient help and explanations of what to do and why, I am now pretty much pain-free. Back to walking, cycling, and weight training. Confident that I know how to avoid getting into such a poor state of health again if I heed his advice. I am extremely grateful to have found someone who diagnosed and resolved the issues I had with balance and stability rather than just treating the symptoms.

I thoroughly can recommend Simon & his physiotherapy services. He is professional, with excellent knowledge & provides a great service.I broke my wrist & had to have it plated back in August last year. I was struggling to improve movement & had become a little despondent, resigned to limited movement.Simon has worked incredibly hard to help me get my movement back, both in the sessions & providing additional advice & exercises to help improve.Within a few weeks it was obvious that the sessions & his advice were making a significant improvement & i could not be happier with progress a couple of months on.I would not hesitate to recommend him & his team!
