great service and very helpful. always on hand to help and give advice. would highly recommend this company. go out of their way to help you. I am a complete beginner setting up my pool and dont have any knowledge and nothing has been to much even though i have sent endless questions they are always willing to give advice. purchased a heat pump and water filtration pump would highly recommend Gary and Ray

I've bought several things from this business over the last couple of years and can safely say their service is beyond impeccable. I've been in a sticky situation trying to identify a problem in my hot tub, and both Garry and Ray have helped enormously in trying to sort it out. There isn't much these guys don't know about the workings of hot tubs and hot tub parts. I thank them immensely and recommend them highly! Thank you!

We contacted this lovely couple regarding above ground pool steps, they were so helpful and friendly and gave us loads of advice on what we needed to ensure we would have fun in our pool. That night we order the steps and within 36 hours they arrived complete with easy to fit instructions. Amazing service and highly recommended. We purchased some steps to help us entering our above ground pool. The ladders were too difficult for us and so the pool wasn’t being used. The steps recommended and purchased were perfect. Alongside this the instructions for constructing them were absolutely spot on and delivery was next day. Along with text messages to help us this company could not have done more. We, as a family, would like to thank them and we would have no qualms in recommending them to anyone.

Purchased a pool, heater and filter from here a year ago. Absolute brilliant last season and they have been super helpful in getting it going again this season.Garry, Jill and Ray are super nice and willing to give you their expertise and knowledge at a drop of a hat.Keep up all the good work and will surely speak again soon when I need some more chemicals or parts for the pool.
