I’ve worked for this company for 6 years and always had the maximum support to develop my career, the carers are very kind and hard working. We all work together as a team providing a high standard of care. We have a good relationship with the clients. Management are always happy to listen and help, along with providing all training which is required.

The lady I had spoken to on the phone, was absolutely amazing she was kind and listened to every word I needed to say. She seemed to have a true passion for care and wellbeing of people. Four years ago my family were thrown into the worst of situations and urgent full time care was required for both my parents. Altogether Care stepped in when we were let down by another provider. This time not only was the care they provided excellent, the staff exceptional, the caring professionalism second to none but also the additional emotional support they freely gave to our family, in the most difficult of situations, was without a doubt an absolute godsend. My Mum was cared for to the very last with the utmost by kindness, patience and good humour. Her dignity was upheld, her needs more than catered for, she was happy and laughing to the last. My Dad’s care continues to this day with Altogether Care. As a family we have all benefited from the expertise, professionalism and care provided by the staff at Altogether Care. My other half has been a client of Altogether Care for 18 months now and I would definitely recommend them, we have built some amazing relationships with the carers that come to our home, nothing is ever any trouble, from the area manager, branch manager and long standing carers who comes to help care for my other half to carers that are new to the company everyone gives me great support in keeping him comfortable and there is always humour. Being a full time carer for my other half and having Altogether Care coming in to help with care means I get time to do anything I can't do when they are not here. If I'm having a bad day I know I can talk to the carers myself so I don't feel so isolated because being a carer for a family member is really tough and it's nice to know these ladies and gentlemen are there for family members too.If you are looking for a home carer for a family member give these lovely lot a call.
