Can't rate Guivers in Rochford highly enough. They took us through every step of the way and made the whole process so easy for us with such kindness and sensitivity. we recently lost our mum and chose Guivers to help with the funeral. We were not disappointed. They are so professional and caringThe staff offered a fantastic service and went over and beyond to ensure our family who were unable to attend due to the current restrictions in place felt involved. The hurse stopped outside my children's home and a staff member walked in front of the coffin so that the family could say good bye to their nan and great nan. This meant so much to everyone and was so unexpected.Once at the crematorium we were assisted with ensuring everything was carried out the way we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The service was streamed so that the entire family could be part of the final goodbye although from their own homes.I cannot recommend this company enough they made our final goodbye as easy as possible. Thank you to all the staff

Had service and wake at Apton Hall. Dawn at Guivers Rochford was fantastic. Sorted out all the logistics really well. She directed everyone really well. Would like to say thank you to the team for making our sad day so much easier. Would definitely recommend.
