Plush Puppy spa

I took my Cockapoo Daisy here for the first time today and she looks gorgeous. The cut is perfect and she smells amazing. The lady there is lovely, can tell how good she is with dogs. She phoned me 15 minutes before to tell me when ready. I will definitely be returning! X

Couldn’t believe the great price. Excellent cut and also paid the £5 extra for teeth cleaning which looks great. The bows are just adorable too!

Absolutely top of the line service. My dog Max is a large and usually pretty fussy with other people but the professionals at Plush Puppy Spa did such an amazing job. Full groom was immaculate, looked and smelt so good. Nails were clipped perfectly and even used the teeth cleaning service which was also impressive and teeth looked so clean. Will be using regularly from now on, Max is so happy! Thank you

Fantastic service. Always polite, timely and excellent with the dogs. The staff there seem to love working with the dogs and I know my dog, Bobby is happy to go there. We have had poor grooming experience in the past and it has taken time to find somewhere he feels confident. He wags his tail going in and gets lots of fuss. On collecting him, he is either asleep or just watching the staff going about there business. He isn't stressed. They call you immediately when they have finished, which helps limit grate time.

First time visit to Plush Puppy Spa, wow the quality of their groom is beyond amazing. I have used other groomers in the Sutton Coldfield area but nothing compares to this. They are my new groomers to bring my boy Rusty for his groom. He is thrilled and happy and I am too. 5 star all the way. Thank you Giedre for your amazing work.

Initial contact was good. Salon was very busy when I arrived which for a puppy’s first visit was not desirable. Staff were friendly.When I came to collect an hour later it was equally busy so I felt uncomfortable getting a full report on how my pup had coped. My puppy looked very fluffy. I was told on my initial enquiry that he would be having a puppy hygiene groom. His eyes and feet were done but not his genital area. There was also a small patch on his upper leg that looked like it had been over clipped. And was almost bald.I called when I got home to complain and was told the manager would call me the next day, today I am still waiting for that return call. The first groom is so important as it shapes how the puppy will like/dislike any further visits. I will not be using this groomers again.
