Excellent customer service both with email and phone response. I had trouble installing office but they were very helpful and sorted it for me. Would recommend.

Well worth a little extra time to install to save massively on software. Fantastic, quick customer service who patiently talked me through it and remote-accessed my computer with my consent and the issue was fixed very quickly. Highly recommend everyone to price around software here first before buying anywhere else.

The experience was TERRIBLE I couldn’t load on and the man on the phone was really bad these people have no customer service sense if I had that choice again I WOULDNT shop at this company

ONE PIECE OF ADVISE FOR THIS COMPANY INVEST IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service at this company is shocking, when i called there was no professional opening on the call, the individual had a disgusting attitude and i felt like i was an inconvenience to him. if i had the choice again i would definitely be swerving this company! DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED.if i could give 0 stars i 110% would be doing that.

Bought Microsoft Office from them and its been the worst experience. The download link never arrived, continuously had to chase them and it was a miracle to get them to answer the phone! GO ELSE WHERE. Not worth the hassle!
