Having worked with the team at Contec SouthWest for a number of years on some outstanding projects we would highly recommend them as they provide a professional service, they are friendly and helpful and have a huge selection of architectural and landscaping materials.

We visited Contec to look for tiles for our cottage kitchen floor. As soon as we went in the showroom we felt welcomed and looked after. The displays showed everything incredibly well. Lisa who looked after us listened to what we said and recommended what she thought was the best product. We didn't place an order immediately but did a few days later. Our limestone was delivered within the week together with everything we needed - adhesive and grout. Our builders of many years installed the floor and we are so pleased with the result. It looks even better than we imagined. We had some left over tiles and grout and Contec collected them and credited us.We cannot praise Contec enough - from beginning to end they have been professional, friendly, helpful and very nice to deal with. The product is awesome and our kitchen looks beautiful.

I've been using Contec for over 15 years professionally and couldn't recommend them highly enough. If you want a friendly and professional service, look no further! I dealt mainly with Lisa who was fantastic and very informative, however, the interaction I had with the delivery guys and other staff was superb too! Poor products for the high cost of the 'elegance range'. A lack of communication with regards to the refund of costs which left me purchasing an exact match on-line with a saving of over £200 on a single project pack.I won't be using this company again as I have found far more competitive options in all my landscape requirements.

I was recommended to look at Contec as I had been disappointed by other suppliers from out of date costs on their websites and disinterest in my quite substantial order.I visited the site nr St Austell it was very well set up and everything on show, so easy to choose and their were plenty of people to ask for help and advice and more to the point they had exactly the chippings I had been looking for.I’m now going back to them for other materials for my Shepherds Hut Landscaping.Would Highly recommend this company.Mrs Battle

Our project required the careful choice of materials for landscaping and design of the garden and grounds to our newly built home.It was particularly important to seamlessly blend finishes with the design of our new house as well as with two existing and restored stone and cob Cornish barns to the South of the site. The old barns flank and create a Courtyard which required the construction of a period driveway, this was perfectly achieved utilising Contec silver granite sets for the steep entrance element along with granite chippings where the drive levelled, all to provide the appearance of being in place for many years.Exterior green limestone paving was selected and utilise throughout the garden and patio areas with garden walls capped with granite slabs.Our upper entrance was finished with loose granite chippings, these held in position within Contec driveway grids which effectively prevent movement and migration of the stone down the slight gradient within this area.Other Contec supplied materials included Millboard for decking, further grades of granite chippings for garden paths and all necessary aggregate for the construction.We fully appreciated that this was a challenging site, all constructed on a steep gradient, we were therefore delighted to have been supported by Contec throughout which also included a Contec installation team for this exterior element of our project, lasting for some 20 weeks from bare earth to finished product.Our sincere thanks to all of the Contec team for thoughtful assistance, careful guidance and for our final grounds and garden, we are delighted!
