Woofterz Dog Grooming

Julian is brilliant with both our dogs, very patient and professional, as they are both rescue and very nervous.They look really super and Julian pays particular attention to make sure they are properly groomed. Thoroughly recommend him

We took our little Shih Tzu there as we recently put her in kennels for a holiday, she came out the kennels with severe matts, no matter what we purchased, how many times we attempted home grooming, brushing, who we took her to, cut off etc we could not rectify. Job well done here, some great advice given as well. Rebooked to continue the styling. Well reccomended. Ps I went home and purchased the items you reccomended. She's now asleep by my side, getting some well earned rest. Thank you once again..

Just came back from work after my dog was taken here, request was made for a specific look to suit the breed of dog, which was ignored and requested again but told it would look stupid and guilted into basically taking clippers, army style to all of her hair. Which we could have done ourselves...The groomer made several judgemental comments about my dog and clearly by his attitude did not want to be there and got annoyed by my dog being excited.Not to mention he made an inappropriate comment in front of my child. Luckily she didn't seem to notice.The whole thing was unprofessional, we paid for a package that included nails to be trimmed. He looked at 1 paw and decided only one nail needed to be done.My partner of course doesn't want to ruffle feathers since the groomer seemed to be friendly and is semi local but from what I've been told about the entire experience and clearly looking at my dog then I would not recommend.

Really happy with the first proper groom for my puppy Charlie. Martin did the wash and blow-dry, Jules did the haircut. Both were super friendly, caring and really did a great job. Thanks both, see you soon

Julian is brilliant, does both my dogs, listens to what style you ask for but explains clearly if your dog is matted it will take a couple of appointments to get the desired look.Can’t fault him!

The absolute best dog groomer we’ve ever had. Julian’s shop is really well kitted out and our dogs are the best they’ve ever looked. Our little ones can be a bit stressed when they’re groomed but Julian has a great manner with them and they are much happier with him than our previous groomer.

Julian is the best groomer around. Pudding my Lhasapoo absolutely adores him. She jumps with joy when she sees him. He gives her a top class groom. Nothing is too much bother, he is very knowledgeable and caring

I took Ben my long coat Jack Russel to Woofterz to be groomed. I can honestly say its the best he has ever looked. His cut was perfect for a Jack Russel. I was abit worried that Ben may have given Julian a nip or two But Julian made my dog feel so at ease. He had the full works Shampoo, cut ears cleaned and nails clipped. I was so pleased to hear that they use organic shampoo which apprantly came from Italy it smelt absolutely gorgeous. His coat was so soft and shiny. On the day my dog was being groomed the Lord Mayer and MP were around Llanfyllin opening up the Vegan shop.Julian asked if Ben could be photographed with himself and MP. Of course I was honoured for this to be done. I would definitely take him again. Also I have 2 yorkies and they will now be going to Woofterz. So if you are looking for a professional caring dog groomer you know Woofterz is the place to go.

This is a wonderful groomers. You can watch, chat and be educated by the groomers who are absolutely lovely.
