My goods were delivered well packaged and very promptly. I was very pleased with the quality of the goods. They were exactly as depicted on the website. Fantastic, reliable company- definitely recommend. I ordered party plates and cups a couple of weeks before the party but they hadn't turned up a few days before. I phoned up and the lady was extremely helpful and looked into it straight away. No fault of their own - Hermes had lost it, so they re-sent the items to arrive the next day (which they did). I was kept up to date with what was happening and it was sorted out immediately. I'll definitely be using them again.

Glad they had what I was after but once purchased there was zero communication and took 2 weeks from date of order to be delivered even though website said 3-5 working days. However they have loads of supplies and we’re affordable too!
