Mel provided an incredibly speedy and all-around brilliant service for me when my key got stuck in the lock. She fitted me in straight away, kept me updated about her whereabouts, and then did a fantastic job when she arrived. This lock has never worked properly and she took the time to explain why, and gave the option of sticking with it if I wanted, rather than pushing me to get a new lock, which I really appreciated. She was super friendly and a fascinating person to chat to, which made the whole experience that much better! I'll never go anywhere else for any lock issues going forward!

Mel was extremely accommodating when I had a stuck lock on my front door.This wasn’t urgent work, but Mel made efforts to come and sort this at speed and made the process so simple.I couldn’t be at home and Mel pro-actively contacted me to confirm when a home visit was arranged.Following expert advice, I had a choice of locks and a clear indication of price range.Thanks Dr. locks - would not hesitate to use and recommend this business for locksmith needs!

We had a problem with our front door, it wouldn’t open or lock properly phoned Dr Locks and they promised to come out later in the day.Mel arrived late afternoon checked the door and knew what the problem was and had it fixed with replacement lock and checked everything was working properly including spraying and realigning the door.Great work at a fair price highly recommended.

Fantastic work by Mel. Really speedy service and did an excellent job. Came the same day and was able to help really quickly. Sorted out both locks on front and back door as well as sorting out our garage lock that had a DIY job gone wrong!Would highly recommend.

Mel is very friendly, efficient and incredibly good at her job. We needed two locks changed and a gate lock fitted. The locks that were changed were done in a matter of minutes. The gate had no existing lock and required a lot of work, which she completed without complaint and very quickly. I highly recommend and will call her again should I need any work.
