Staff are liars and backed each other up. It was all about the money, not the dog or the person rehoming the dog. Dog had serious, dangerous issues.

Reported an abandoned fish tank with two live fish inside . The sspca were very helpful and had someone out collect the fish the same day. They assured me they would easily re-home them.

They couldn't find any record of the call for concern I made regarding abuse and neglect of a pet. They said they'd get my local office to call me since id made the complaint to them. As yet no phonecall received and the pet I registered a concern for has disappeared. Definitely not happy with how they handled this situation.

Came out extremely quickly to rescue a baby sparrow who fell out of a broken swallow's nest.The officer was very caring and quick to respond.The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on how to keep the chick warm until the officer arrived.Wouldn't hesitate to call again for a struggling wild animal.

Shocking! Didn't appear for 20hrs from when 1st notified. I also didn't realise SPCA cannot take an animal without owners consent & if they think it's serious enough they will then take it to court! Animal could be dead by then! What's the point in asking for donations, I believed they were for the safety of an animal but that's obviously not the case!

Our boy has been with us almost a year now and we are so grateful to the spca. They do a wonderful job for all the animals and we cannot praise them enough. Animals clean well fed walked. Staff deserve a medal for the work they do.
