Arun Veterinary Group Chichester

My own vet's out of hours service was too far away so we went to the vet hospital at Chichester. Couldn't fault anything about the experience. Everyone was warm, friendly, informative & helpful. They put me at ease & when I went to pick up my dog the next day the nurse, Josh (I think) knew what I was there for.

Didn't have to wait long to get an appointment very kind and polite. Molly was made to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable. Thank you

What a great place. The building was so clean,the staff so polite and welcoming. Our dog hated it of course and left her usual puddle on the floor. Even that was no problem. The vet was very thorough and explained things clearly. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely cannot thank Arun vets Chichester branch for their outstanding care of my cat Luka who suffered a serious open femur fracture. Surgeons Christian and Laura did the most incredible repair. Everyone was outstanding, friendly and I was kept fully informed throughout. I was advised in advance of all costs and they helpfully sorted my insurance claim for me too. My boy is back to loving life :)

Our very poorly dog saw an excellent vet here this evening. Its been an incredibly difficult day with lots of emotions, but the vet was so kind, competent and professional and provided the best emergency care we could have hoped for.

We had to get an emergency appointment at the practices sister vets Southdown Emergency Vets for our three year old cat on Sunday afternoon. We were seen quickly by vet Eleanor at Arun's Chichester premises who couldn't have done more to help us. This was our first visit as we are registered elsewhere (our vets pass their patients here out of hours). Whilst we have still not got fully to the bottom of the problem (back to our vets today for further investigations) I wanted to praise Eleanor for her help in a very stressful and worrying situation. Lovely, kind, caring and obviously very skilled. She explained everything that was happening and the costs at each stage. Sidenote: what a lovely premises too - so warm and welcoming. Brilliant parking. Thank you so much.

They are amazing ,the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and told me that as it was an emergency out of hours appointment it would be £200 just for consultation, so I knew before I went . When we got there very friendly at the desk and the vet was very friendly, seen quick and problem solved,with removing a grass seed from paw. Thank you
