Claudia’s vegan brownies are quite literally the BEST brownies. Perfectly amount of fudgyness, perfect level of richness and great flavour options (the pens with raspberry are my favourite!). Her vegan cupcakes are also mouthwatering! I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for vegan (or non vegan) sweet treats and cakes!

Claudia’s cakes are absolutely delicious and her cupcake decorating classes are so much fun! Would definitely recommend ordering from her and singing up to a class :)

Claudia made my little girls 3rd birthday cake! It was amazing not only did it look incredible it tasted it! Very happy and can’t wait for our next one! Also I’ve had cookies from her at Witham Market which are also very yummy!!! ❤️

I could not recommend Claudia enough! When I first messaged Claudia to arrange a wedding cake for me and my husband she came back to me super quickly and wanted to know exactly what we were after. After sending over a few inspiration pics myself, she came back with more and we settled on a stunning design for the cake alongside some cupcakes we also wanted to order. She even made some vegan ones for us which were stunning.She was so kind and helpful and when the day came for the cake, both us and all our guests were blown away at how beautiful it was as well as how delicious!I could never go anywhere else now as Claudia was so accommodating and the cake was perfect. Thank you so so much for exceeding our expectations and helping to make our wedding so special.

The wonderfully talented Claudia made us a Peter Rabbit birthday cake for our sons first birthday. Not only did she pull off a fantastic design and make it the perfect centrepiece for his party but it tasted amazing too!Thank you Claudia!
