Bodrhyddan Hall guided tour was great experience, some of the rooms were really impressive and surprising. The garden is lovely, not too big, but well kept. I had coffee and delicious cake at the tea room. Super friendly staff.

Lovely gardens with tranquil, shaded seating dotted throughout. A real pleasure to wander around and experience the vast selection of majestic trees. Tea room looked lovely, using vintage china cups and china tea pots. As the Hall closes at 5 we didn’t have time to try it as the tour of the house took longer than we expected. So much to see and we were especially surprised by the Egyptian room exhibits. Paying to go in was protracted as the card machine seemed a mystery to the elderly lady trying to take payment: so if possible, pay online. It opens at 1pm not 2 as stated on the website.

An eclectic collection of history memorabilia. Mostly gathered by the family, Egypt mummies and otterman weapons. Large collection of porcelain. Place still lived in by current owners

Beautiful Grade 1 building and estate. Still lived in, by the descendants of the same family for over 500 years. We visited on an event day... Pots, Plants and Food... Fantastically well organised and arranged... Some wonderful artisans, plantsmen and food providers. An outstanding event. I must admit, I was completely fascinated by the wondrous Oaks... Majestic!

My husband and I did a tour round Bodrhyddan Hall today. The house is absolutely beautiful. The tour guides were fantastic and so friendly. They really knew what they were talking about. I took photos of the grounds but as it is still a family home the inside was off limits for photos. Totally agree with that. I got to meet the family dogs who were so adorable. It was a lovely visit. The grounds alone are worth a visit.I highly recommend visiting this wonderful country house. It's local for us so we will return. There is a little tearoom for coffee and cake or tea and biscuits.Everyone is so welcoming.

Brilliant show, we travelled from South Yorkshire, the show covered all era's from Viking to Cold War. Lovely Day, lovely parkland. Glad we went, very polite people who were with the reenactment groups.

We had an interesting guided visit into this stately home, although they only allow photos in the entrance room. Easy enough to book online, with the house open to visit on selected days in the season.
