Recently decided to move from Virgin Media to Freeview, which has all the channels we watch instead of hundreds we don't want. Simon was fast and efficient, and showed us exactly how to set up the TV to receive Freeview and advised about a firestick for son's Netflix account. Absolutely delighted with the standard (and cost) of the service! Highly recommended.

Simon came round after I thought I had problem with one of my TV points. He sorted it almost immediately then went on to check the signal I was getting from other points. He stayed over half an hour checking things and never charged me a penny. Good old fashioned customer service, and I cannot recommend Active Aerials enough. Brilliant, professional, honest, local business

Fantastic service from Simon & his colleague replacing our areal & cable after many months of intermittent signal with a well weathered cable. After diagnosing the issue Simon was happy to replace it there and then. Very efficient and tidy job even with a very tight space to work in between the conservatory & fence. Highly recommend this service and will be my first point of call again in the future. Thanks again!

Fitted a complete new aerial system and 3 aerial points , spot on very friendly polite staff , arrived clean on time and worked hard. Took a lot of pride in his work and made sure that my home was respected when drilling holes to insure no dust went on my carpets . very honest this is my second time with active aerials and would not hesitate to contact them again or recommend 5***** thank you very much

Fitted a new aerial on a Saturday morning and installed a new aerial connection. Very reasonable. Called me when he was on his way. Friendly, efficient and informative. I'm very pleased as I now I have TV in two rooms and without having to turn and wait for my computer. Recommend
