Milk & More Poole Delivery Hub

Been using the company for a couple of years. Love the quality of the products they offer and the fact that their milk and kefir are in glass bottles. Very reliable service. Was very surprised by some of the comments on here as have never experienced any issues myself. Would definitely highly recommend!

I have been a customer with Milk and More for over 20 years, however over the last few weeks deliveries have become very unreliable. Gerry my milkman has regularly delivered my orders in the early morning, I don't know if he is ill or now retired. After waiting until late morning realising my regular order are yet again not being delivered I am constantly contacting the company regarding non delivery of order, all I am getting when I log into the site is pending. I am getting no feedback, this company is going to loose customers Including myself because of lack of communication and bad customer service.

So we bought a Milk and More insulated milk caddy to keep the milk fresh. This is necessary because the milkman comes at about midnight so the milk is left on the doorstep until 7.00am when we get it in. Given the current heat it was the only option we had if we didn't want the milk to go sour. This morning we went to get the milk in only to find that the milk had been left in a crate next to the caddy. i can only imagine that the milkman couldn't be bothered to transfer the milk from the crate to the caddy. It really begs the question why sell your own branded caddy if the milkman is too lazy to use it? I will be in contact directly with the company if my milk doesn't last until the end of the weekend for a refund.

the service from our milkman is great, but a simple thing like changing from leaving notes in milk bottles (current) to doing things online means, cancelling account, cancelling direct debit, reapplying for account on line, putting a credit card in, and starting all our orders again. Why? In this time of fear of virus, why would a company actively discourage you from moving to a safer more flexible system, rather than leaving notes, that could be contaminated, madness!

Bread lovely. Milk just didn't keep long.Just let down too often. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we could not deliver . Gone back to a local milky and happy now.

Used to be good. Used to get all our milk delivered by milk and more. Service has become way too unreliable, many non delivery's. Now cancelled all orders

To all the people moaning, I bet you appreciated them in Lockdown. Yes they have had staff problems but who would want that job for peanuts. They always refund if can't make the delivery. Keyboard W@nkers, happy to clap when there was a pandemic but soon forget.Still use them and support local business.

Only got 1 star as have glass bottles. Would not recommend if you want a reliable service. Pay for goods and on delivery day get letter saying not available. (More than a few times)Hard to contact.

Great when they turn up - not reliable enough for us and no explanation when theres no delivery.... Thanks for the response but I don't want to be on the phone for hours which is what happens when you call Milk and More. Oh and by the way - another missed delivery last Friday - no explanation and no refund.... Kind of not worth it any more.
