Woof n" Tumble butchered my dogs hair. I was disgusted with the hair cut that they gave my beautiful small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They left lots of random long hairs

My wife told them we like to keep our two Bichons fluffy, their fur was getting long and needed a tidy up. THEY SHAVED OUR DOGS. Our dogs look vile.They told my wife they would be 1.5 - 2 hours - they took 4 hours.

What a great place. My husky/lab is a big guy, with a lot of fur. He looked and smelled great at the end of his visit. But more importantly he enjoyed his afternoon and didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Woof n Tumble to anyone looking for a place where you know your baby will be happy and safe. To top it off they're very reasonably priced.

Just had my puppy’s first hair cut at wood n tumble and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lovely friendly staff, price is very reasonable would highly recommend, thank you ladies.

I am surprised at some of the reviews, some may not be genuine as I believe they have had a bit of a dispute with a neighbour nearby who may be posting negative reviews out of spite. I have used Woof n Tumble for years, our dog enjoys going and I think the girls really care for the dogs and look after them. It is the only one I know where they have 3 doors to try to stop any possible accidents with a dog escaping. I feel that you can take your dog there with confidence.

Took my dog here twice. The first time it was ok. He had a wash, nails clipped, ears cleaned and anal glands done.Second time, approximately 2 months after the first visit, on collecting him the price had gone up by £5. I queried this with who I think was the owner or manager as it was different to the price last time & the price I had been told when dropping him off. She claimed he must have been a puppy last time I brought him in. He hasn't been a puppy for over a year. She threatened to not give me the dog back unless I paid up. After paying I queried what they had actually done as he did not appear to be clean. I asked if they had done his nails and anal glands. Her response was we don't do those here" and on querying why they did it the last time she called me a liar saying they have never done it.Rude

I was late picking up my dog as my son had an accident and had fallen down the stairs. As I arrived to pick up my dog I had to park my car outside on the curb as my son and 3 month old Baby was in the car crying. As I arrived I was already clearly upset I was given a barrage of abuse. I have never in my life been shouted at or spoke to like that. This was the lady with blonde hair who owns this place. The other lady had to apologise for her as she left me in tears. I tried to explain my son had an accident to which she yelled back I dont care!!"If this is how she thinks its appropriate to speak to her customers
