I visited my favourite store after nearly 2 years. As usual the store was meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Fresh flowers adorned all corners and the range was as usual, vibrant, colourful and uplifting. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and always willing to recommend, cardigans and accessories that might help create your own style. Their home section was also well stocked and colourful.If you are into sustainable fashion, artistic and love colours, this is a store to visit.Can't recommend enough.

Very underwhelmed I was looking forward to the visit - felt very flat atmosphere in the shop - I have bought in the past a vast amount of clothing on their website - so was excited to have a brouse - poor lightning -no one really interested in engaging with us . I hear the Green Street shop in America is a great shop to visit - alas to far for me !

Lovely staff, so honest and helpful.

Like going in to the store as you just can’t judge the feel of fabric and fit from the catalog.Besides, there’s an extra £10 to pay on returns apparently for online shoppers.Prices getting a bit high for me and despite a big spend in store, they refused to give me a bag unless I paid £1 for a printed one!!They have no alternative bags, so if you have a big pile of clothes, best bring your own!! I think they should continue to supply the fabric ones for over £50 purchases or offer a paper or recycled plastic one

Visited the shop after scouring the new Spring catalogue, so had a good idea of what I wanted. The staff were cheerful and welcoming and boiled a fresh kettle so I could enjoy a free cup of tea and biscuits. I went straight downstairs to the sale department where were even more discounts to be had. Prices are high in the new range but you get well made garments with an eco credential so I am happy to pay the price for clothes that are different. There is always a wide range of colours so have to disagree with a reviewer who described them as drab. Came home with 2 sales bargains and 2 from the new range- one with a tasty 20% discount.

Love the colours of the outfits. I have ordered online a few times. But they still got my address wrong. It was a gift so I was disappointed. Good customer service would have offered a voucher. Would love to visit the store sometime as it is hard to select material thickness from website

My wife has always dropped by this very interesting Swedish clothing shop and here we were in London and her focus on natural materials..the warmth that this store brings to its customers can be easily witnessed..I sat in a chair and watched several women discuss fabric and design and provide positive insights as a piece of clothing is chosen to wear..

Cheerful Eco clothes in XS to XXL. Some of the designs with embroidery are extremely beautiful and no other company makes anything like them. Happy customer for 20 years.

Beautiful colourful clothes. But not good for online shopping. They charge for delivery in spite of the expensive items you purchase. For lower amounts there is a service fee. For returns there is a charge also.
