They were not helpful at all I payed 80pounds for slippers what I have not got and now I have to find out my self how to get money back or slippers

Just been in a few hours ago wasn't impressed at all by the customer service I first received. Some of the staff definitely need training in how to deal with customers. Eventually a guy called Joe and a female called Alice came over. She was absolutely marvellous she stayed with us the whole time while choosing what shoes I wanted couldn't have done anything more for us. Big thank you

Good little shoe shop, very neat and tidy staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed but that might just have been the time of day

I visited today (3/4/22) and was served by Charlie. He was very approachable and friendly. He made my visit very enjoyable :)

Staff very helpful great shop

Store manager very dismisive of a complaint. Faulty goods not taken back, and then given a look of disgust and rejected when queried what tests they had done on them

Had the grand pleasure of visiting this shop yesterday. Came into the store to purchase some brogues. Tried one shoe on and asked to see if I could have them, girl went behind the shop to ‘find the 2nd shoe’ and said no problem I’ll leave them behind the till. Gave it 5 minutes and returned to the till and the women behind the till said they hadn’t arrived yet. I then left the shop and went directly across the across the store to a jewellery shop to kill some time whilst they ‘source’ the shoes. Returned 10 minutes later and asked behind the till if my shoes had made it yet. Still no joy, a young lad that worked there tried to help so went on a goose chase around all the members of staff to find who originally went to source my shoes at the back of the store. Couldn’t find this person so sat down yet again whilst the young lad went to look at the back, described the shoes to him to see if he could find the shoes. There was no joy, we decided to just leave the store as it was getting behond the joke, as we were leaving the store a different person who I orginallly spoke to regarding the shoes came to me and said they couldn’t find the other shoe. It was an absolute shambles of a place, the store was extremely messy with shoes, boots all over the place. Won’t ever use this store again.

Very good selection but not satisfied with staff. Not very helpful or friendly

Staff were very friendly but ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair only had one shoe ( one missing in the shop), was therefore unable to purchase. The second pair of shoes were bought; however on returning home, we discovered the wrong size sold. Needs to improve to regain my trust.

Always helpful. Never had poor service.
