This store is a massive joke. The Man who owns it has no integrity whatsoever. I paid for a service ( NIN ) and it has been difficult trying to get it sorted. He does not answer calls or respond to messages. In the event he does, he comes up with unfounded excuses as to how incompetent he is. It is sad he is Nigerian as he is definitely not making other Nigerians proud with his behavior. Poor communication to customers as well. I have just seen his store also has a ZERO hygiene rating which is not surprising as I have seen insects and rats there where foodstuff is being sold. I will be writing to Bristol city council as that place needs to close down. The NIMC should not use him as a subsidiary too

They don't respect the neighbours at all playing loud music and making loud noises in these shop affecting close neighboursAlso lack of higiene on these shop, I wake up some nights ago hearing rat noises that came from these shop, I thought the rats will came through my wall,,,,,

This store is a joke. The man running it has Zero integrity. I paid for a service (NIN) 3 MONTHS ago and it's been one excuse after the other and still no NIN even after he made several promises to fix it. Not once has he called to tell me what's going on and he's not returned my money! The shop itself looks dirty and I won't be surprised if there are rodents there. It definitely looks like a front for illegal activities
