Hertz Car Hire
Great idea, unbelievably poor service, the service is very easy to book, but every single other step is harder than the previous.I called customer service to suggest I couldn't find the van they offered, they had no idea where it was and suggested I search (all 5 levels of the car park for the van).They are 24/7 so they do beat the competition there but you'd have an easier time going to ANY of the competitors.Would not recommend!

Don’t book with them! Did not receive my PIN number to start the vehicle and then there’s no way to get in contact with hertz 24/7 to even cancel? This is unbelievably poor service rather look for another rental company
