You can find a wide variety of bridal & grooms wear here, I needed 3 outfits & got all from here. Kajal was wonderful & her service was excellent. Would recommend Kajal's Couture for all your bridal & grooms wear requirements. She sucessfully designed for many of my close friends. Highly recommend visiting kajals couture for all occasion outfits.

Running by appointment so felt safe and comfortable to shop and browse freely, sanitiser provided and gloves optional, all staff were wearing masks. Had to downsize my wedding due to Covid19 and opted for a zoom function so needed an outfit that was not heavy or over the top but still my taste. Was able to find a beautiful lenga choli with jewellery to match. Am so happy. It was adjusted in a day as I had left little time so was a bit worried but they turned it around in super fast time and were so helpful and lovely. I had actually planned to browse a few shops that day but couldnt find anything anywhere else. Really pleased and would recommend highly.

Very good choice in fashion. Kajal is very professional when designing bridal as well as non-bridal outfits. She is very patient and has an eye for detail and also offers constructive advice. She takes time and has genuine passion for her work. I bought a bespoke outfit for an upcoming wedding and designed it with her personally, everything turned out perfect and I was thrilled with my purchase.

Very shoddy , shady and shameless business. Took money and haven't delivered our dress that we ordered even after 2 months, Our event is due in a week and yet they say, they are sending. Deceiving customers. There are no negative star. They don't deserve even negative stars. Dont ever order from this store unless paying through paypal or your credit card where you can retrieve your money.

What a hidden gem! Beautiful collection and the staff sorted out tailoring for me in record time. Will certainly be back!

Kajal designed both my engagement and mehndi outfits better than I had imagined. She was professional and listened to exactly what I wanted. The finishing and quality of the outfits is amazing, they were heavy outfits yet so comfortable to wear! I will definitely be going back again soon

Similar to reviews below, I ordered bespoke outfits from Kajal a few years ago, and spent circa £300 on each outfit and they were very poorly made and ill fitting. Despite her assurances that they would be re made to fit, they came back the same every time and Kajal also avoided being in store when attending the re fitting. She reassured that the outfits had been re stitched which was a complete lie. She showed no sympathy, despite the amounts we paid and how ill fitting they were. Despite this purchase occurring a few years ago, I have had subsequent conversations and she has continued to show no remorse, refund or anything of the sort. To date I am annoyed at how she can get away with such service. I have had outfits made from other designers and never been shown such poor customer service. I was so disappointed in the outfits and her service, I didn’t even go back to collect them.

Buyer beware! Ordered my wedding outfit in 2021, very bespoke. A week before the wedding there was no outfit, just assurances it would arrive. Got sent photos of it still in India, was nothing like what I ordered. A total disgrace. A few days before the wedding no outfit so had to buy another one. Spoke to a few people that left other reviews, they had similar experiences. Kajal gaslights people so make sure you pay on credit card so you can get a refund though credit card company. Save yourself your money and stress by going elsewhere.

My wife went in to Kajal’s store in November 2021. She found a wedding outfit and was promised that it would be ready by end of March 2022. It’s mid July now and after months of nagging we are told the outfit is finally ready.So she goes in for fitting, only to find that the piece was missing Latkans so we had to wait a few days for them to be attached. She then received the outfit a week later (only weeks before the wedding) but to her horror, the stitching was uneven, the alignment of the back of the blouse was completely off. This was an outfit we had paid £1500 for almost 8 months ago at this point.We then went back to ask for compensation but she refused and said you can either have the piece as it is, but if she sends it away to be remade she will offer no compensation. So close to the wedding we knew there was no chance we could restart the process and look for another outfit elsewhere so we asked to have the blouse remade and it arrived 6 days before the wedding. Thankfully no issues this time but throughout this process Kajal showed no remorse and took no responsibility at all, and for that reason, we absolutely would not recommend her to any friends or family.
