Avoid using this company at all costs! how they are still in business is beyond me?! Took about 4-5 weeks to get our initial order with constant phone calls asking where it is. When it finally arrived one bit was missing. (no phone call to tell us it was broken when they got it, apparently) It's now been about 3 months and still no replacement even after us phoning every week and them telling us it'll be out next week" we've now purchased the missing item from someone else and will be sending this useless company the bill! The only thing they managed to succeed in is delaying our horsebox build by a couple months! Worst business I have ever dealt with. Only gave them 1 star as you cant leave a minus 5."

It would not let me leave no star don’t give them your order as I didn’t get my parts I paid for in full and still waiting full refund of £130 6 months later I have reported this a theft

DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. They lie constantly, they don't hold any stock and use your money to fulfil back orders. I paid for and waited four weeks for polyester ply, aluminium and other conversion materials crucial to getting customers boxes out. I was told the order was sent to the wrong address, the order got lost, they haven't got all the parts etc etc. In the end I cancelled the credit card payment before the due date and sourced the materials elsewhere. I've given up on some missing items which were paid for on a previous order. The worst company I've ever dealt with.

Shame there isn't a zero stars rating. Terrible company, late delivery (actually had to make an 8 hr round trip to pick the product up, assurance that delivery costs would be reimbursed never happened). Door latch broke after 2 weeks use. Cannot highly recommend enough that you don't go anywhere near these jokers.

My horsebox is 3 years old now but great service great box , love it!

If I don't get my refund for boards ordered over 3 months ago I will drive over myself as this is just not on

Awful company with terrible communication and customer service skills. Ordered 3 windows for my newly converted horsebox, had to chase them up for delivery details and pay for my order. Order never received and they completely ignored all emails and attempted phone calls to them. Currently fighting with my bank to get a refund from them for goods I didn't get. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
