Initially we were very impressed with our introduction to this company. The rep who called was informative and very pleasant. However we felt under pressure to sign up and paid a deposit of £200 on the day.After the cooling off period we decided not to proceed. We were promised an immediate refund of the deposit if we decided against the plan .However despite several email requests we have not received a communication or refund.We are not able to recommend this company .

Very disappointed really. When I made the appointment to discuss a will I was told it would be in and out in an hour and would be left with all the material under no obligation to do it if I didn't want to. Nice chap came round but then after and hour and a half he said it was £3750 and wanted £500 there and then. When I said no they then went to the old salesman trick of calling the office and getting me £250 off the price. However if I said no then I would have to pay another £100 to have the chap come back.I said no.So very informative and very nice people, but not at all happy with the sales technique.

Denis was great explained all about wills etc and now feel we have things in place for our family's needs when myself and Deborah pass.We can now sit back and relax and enjoy the rest of our lives (hopefully long)thanks again highly recommend regards Stephen

Today your agent Greaham visited me and explained what Trust Family Associates had to offer in the way of making a Will and Power of Attorney. It is a very comprehensive plan which will reduce the amount of work my next of kin will have to do upon my death. This has taken everything into account including solicitors fees and seems like a very thorough plan. I can seriously recommend their service.
