Poor. Didn't bother to even ship until I called them and they tell me, that's being sent today". I have asked for a cancellation of order and a refund in full

Shambolic scammers - still waiting on a refund after 43 days even though their T&C's say to expect a refund within 14 days. Returned a pair of Karhu Fusion trainers to them on the 9th September 22, chased up the refund by email (of which they claim they didn't receive), eventually got through to them by phone, told me refund would be issued the next day, which it wasn't. Opened a PayPal case against them - they are now stating that in order for me to get a refund from them I must close the PayPal case. This should be a warning to anyone looking to buy online from Main Source not to.

Couldn't fulfil an online order I made as website was inaccurate with stock. It happens. But... Still waiting for a refund- or any meaningful contact- 6 weeks later! They should stick to walk-in/high street only.... clearly out of their depth when it comes to online/basic customer service. Will be my last purchase from them. Shame.

Could do with more sneakers range is small however I did manage to find a nice pair of air max trainers for my Mrs.She loved them.

Great shop with a huge range of stock. I recently ordered a pair of Karhu trainers and they arrived super fast. They’re also one of the nicest shoes I’ve bought (highly recommend). Main Source offer a huge selection from Karhu and are super inclusive with all sizes, even for my small size 4 feet! Definitely worth checking out they’re website/store and support an independent business doing great things :)

Wanted to return part of my order but they’re failing to respond to any of my emails. It will certainly deter me from using them ever again. Seen quite a few other reviews with similar experience so it must be a common theme, shame. Monitoring an inbox is pretty basic stuff :/

It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order online, no one answering the phone since last week and no replies to emails. What is going on? Has it closed down??

My 13 year old son popped into the store while I was next door. The lady working at the store, possibly the owner, treated like a regular customer and didn’t patronise him. Helped him with sizes and suggestions of what brands of clothing would fit him and which brands they stocked the smaller sizes of trainer in. He felt so chuffed as has more disposable income than I do so it was nice for him to be treated properly as he had money to spend. Will definitely shop online here going forward as we were only visiting Norwich. Highly recommend a visit to this store. They also stock quite a lot of limited edition stock too… thank you Nicky

Awesome shop Awesome people too the lady is very helpful and remember what trainers size and what style I like the karhu trainers and always keep me updated on new stock and stuff
