What a lovely bunch of people. Took my Elderly Dad to test drive his first time on a mobility scooter and the service was brilliant. Thank you.

We visited today to hire a scooter. Couldn't wish for a better experience. Wide choice, competent advice, lots of good sense of humour. We saw 4 members of the team. You can tell all take pride in what they do. Fantastic!

We have had the pleasure of going to this shop on a couple of occasions. Wow!! The staff have been friendly, courteous, are extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to give a top class service. Will definitely use again should the need arise and thoroughly recommend.Well done team and thank you

The store is split over two levels, showroom is downstairs & the workshop is upstairs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are happy to talk you through the products and you can even try or hire prior to buying. If you or a loved one have any queries or requirements for mobility assistance products then this really is the place to go in the Redhill area.

All the staff in this shop are absolutely amazing and will go above in beyond in anyway that they can to help you!! There knowledge is first class and they are so understandable in every aspect, i would defiantly recommend to everyone

In reply to Joanne Broome's review I was really shocked and surprised to see this review of Redhill shopmobility. It would appear that you may have possibly made some assumptions about this small volunteer run charity. I have been using this facility for a number of years now and have always found everyone to be pleasant polite and friendly. The advice and help given to me over the years has made my life much easier. I too suffer from severe osteoarthritis and struggle to walk. It was the best thing I did when I finally admitted to myself to try using a scooter. It gave me back my life. I now enjoy shopping and getting out and about. I highly recommend Redhill shopmobility.Please may I suggest your mother returns to the shop to see if she can sort out the best solution for her needs. She will feel so much better I am sure. I know it worked for me

i had a friend go to this store, she has what they call an invisble illness, we zebras do not look sick but are in constant pain. any ways she went in and the guy LAUGHED in her face becaise she didnt look disabled. i would not reccomend this place, their customer service is horrible

Super helpful and friendly. I was there a few months back and then again recently. Trustworthy and knowledgable when you’re gathering info and assessing best options.

My mother went to try to get some information about what sort of mobility scooter to buy. She has very severe osteoarthritis in pretty much her entire body. It has taken two years to get her to the point where she will consider getting one so this was a big deal. The staff member she spoke to, not only asked what she was going to do about her weight issues, which is inappropriate at best, but then went into great detail, at length, about his own health issues, skin problems, diet etc. My mother came away with very little advice about the right scooter to get, despite having very specific requirements. The staff member did however, say that she could try one for free before committing and that they would deliver it in two days time. My parents waited in all day, no scooter arrived. They waited in the next day, no scooter. They rang the shop and the staff clearly had no intention of providing her with a scooter to try out. Absolute shambles. DO NOT USE!
