Boots

Walked in today and was absolutely delighted by the customer service I was presented with. Especially Mo who was extremely helpful and willing to help with anything.

I think today was my last time shopping at Boots. The staff are never available, always hiding somewhere chatting and when you find someone to help you, they re never happy, never seen one of them smiling and good luck trying to speak to the pharmacist, because he/she always busy doing something, that's the answer I always get. So no more wasting time, superdrug is just few steps away

Went in today to do a bit of Christmas shopping and their 3 for 2 products are all labelled with Christmas presents on to make things easier for customers. Great! Makes life easier you'd think?Sadly not, went to the checkout and they've labelled things up with the box whilst also doing a half price deal but haven't actually put it through the system properly. Ended up standing around for 5-10 minutes in a queue followed by another 5 whilst they failed to solve this issue.Bit of a false advertising issue going on in this store and the staff don't seem to care that this is the case.I do like boots, but felt like a review was needed as if something is labelled as one thing and you expect to charge your customers more, well that's not going to keep me coming back.2/5

The perfect place to pick up your prescription, quick service and kind staff. Now with their new system sending sms the let you know your medication is ready . Love it

Didn't realise there was a 3 for 2 deal on Rimmel, Naseem on the counter was very helpful and went out her way to show me.

Medium sized store with great stock and helpful staff.

Staff aren't quick at noticing you stood at counter.... Sometimes bit busy chatting amongst themselves. Also never open both doors at 8.30!! Good size, good selection of items. Your bog standard boots!!

Wanted to nip in quick to buy some pain killers. Easy task should be, but no one at the pharmacy checkouts and no one at dispensary window. Waited for ages no one came. Several people waited behind me then walked away. The self serve checkouts had a 15metre long queue. Eventually some other guy managed to find the pharmacist to serve at the counter, so managed to get served by her, but no access to consultation room either.... Bad service and management for a busy town centre big brand chemist. But the tabs were cheap so 3 stars.
