Had a problem with my hot tub and i spoke with Rob from uk Leisure Living to ask for some advice.Rob was fantastic and was so helpful. Emailed Rob with some details and he diagnosed the problem and sent me some part quotes. James there engineer came out to have a quick look and confirmed the problem. I never got the work done but they could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend these guys, so professional and helpful.

Took delivery of our Norfolk grill outdoor kitchen yesterday after a short delay due to an issue at the port.Service here has been very good, I have to say. Open and honest commication with Emma.Dave, the engineer who delivered and fitted it, was fantastic! So thorough and extremely professional.High quality product and looks amazing in the garden.Thanks to the team here. We are fortunate to have this store locally. My partner and I worked closely with several different team members during our selection, financing, installation, and follow up. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was surprised to see how fast our custom color tub came. It was up and running in a matter of hours. They were happy to take us through a quick demonstration but also offered follow up if any problems arose. I highly recommend them!
