TFP Nurture Fertility Nottingham

I was referred to this clinic through NHS as you need dont need to pay. I had my blood test n the scan was told to come back after a week for consultation. I wanted my results of my blood the lady said she don't have them and was talking negative points to me. I know I suffer from bronchitis that doesn't mean I can't conceive. I was then told their can only embryo one egg not two as my breathing will be effected.I wouldn't recommend someone going here as their will only put you down because their getting NHS funding.The staff is terrible the one who tookmy blood and the consultation lady.I give my hopes up will never conceive with this clinic

In 2017 we came to Nurture with the dream of having a child, although we were told the odds of being successful were low. The staff at Nurture could not have been more professional, empathetic and reassuring. Everything was well organised and we experienced no issues at all.Thanks to Nurture we now have a beautiful 5 year old daughter. Thank you to everyone at Nurture for making our dream come true.

We were made to feel comfortable and treated with respect and compassion throughout the process. Excellent communication and reassurance, kept things lighthearted at times which really helped when we were feeling nervous.Couldn’t thank Nuture enough, we have twins on their way due in the Spring.We will forever be grateful.

Nuture Nottingham + Burton branches have been amazing, we had tried to conceive for over 10 years due to medical reasons, moving counties and covid restrictions and we really didn't think it was going to happen for us. From the off the teams looked after us and were so lovely. Ivf can be so daunting but the team put us at ease and talked us through the process so we were well informed. They answered any questions I had really quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. There are no words to explain how happy we are to finally have our baby boy. He was a success from our very first transfer of which we feel so so lucky. Marrying my high school sweethearts knowing I always wanted a family and then realising it wasn't coming naturally was devastating. The nurture team have given us our dream and we couldn't be more greatful. Thank you so much to the whole team including the people behind the scenes.

I had had two rounds of treatments with Nurture back in 2020 and 2021 as part of my NHS funded cycle.First cycle was unsuccessful and the second which was a FET was successful and I had my daughter in March 2022.Although most of the reviews on this clinic seem to be positive if treatment was successful and negative if treatment wasn’t, in my case I feel although my treatment was successful my overall experience at the clinic was awful.Throughout my experience at Nurture during both my cycles the nurses and doctors were fine and fairly pleasant face to face. However during the whole experience I never truly felt looked after, throughout both my cycles I was constantly chasing up on follow ups on appointments, advice from the nurses, given incorrect information on dosage numerous time etc.The admin or patient support team were non existent the whole experience was so impersonal I never truly felt like anyone cared I was just another number showing up for my NHS cycle. If it worked it worked and if it didn’t it didn’t.I think the worst part of my experience was during my second cycle where I actually tested had a +ve pregnancy test but was concerned about some pains (previous history of ectopic pregnancy) and I called up the clinic I was just told to go a and e and had no follow up call from the clinic about the outcome of this visit.Following this I actually got covid and was extremely unwell and intubated during my first trimester however the contact from Nurture was limited in terms of trying to find out what happened or show any genuine care or concern about their patient.Ironically a few weeks after my daughter was born I received an impersonal almost generic email about the outcome of my pregnancy asking for details of my birth because they needed it for their statistics which they were legally required to report on.So overall I want to provide this feedback for patients to not just choose clinics based on success rates. For me personally although I had my beautiful daughter my experience at this clinic was not great and this truly impacts the whole process which is already so emotionally and physically difficult for any couple.I have reluctantly decided to start another cycle of treatment with the clinic in 2023 and am extremely disappointed to find nothing has changed I have only had a few initial appointments but already feel a repeat of the past. Therefore feel holistically over the past 3 years nothing seems to have changed or improved!They are still using this horrendous online portal to communicate with patients and I’m still having to call up and find out why is going on.
