Have been a few times to Lisburn Bowl and we love it. We find it always clean and tidy. The atmosphere is great and not too noisy. There is a games arcade while you are waiting to bowl which will clear out all your coins from the wife's purse. They also have a lovely looking restaurant but have not eaten there so can't give a review of it yet.

We were very well looked after can't fault

Great family fun at the bowling and arcade.The arcade can work out expensive and they have introduced a new digital card system. You purchase a physical card and load credits to the card. Any tickets won from the games are automatically loaded onto the card. No more tickets to collect.This is good in some ways, but also makes it easier to lose track of how much games cost to play and how much you’ve spent. I guess this is the point!The amount of tickets available to win are very low You would have to win all the jackpots to afford something decent from the prizes.

We had our daughters birthday party at Airtastic lisburn today. Lucia, our party host was brilliant, ensuring the children were set up and ready to start bowling without delay.Lucia also made sure to let us know when the party room and food was ready so that the children could make their way there.Quality and selection of food was impressive including catering for specific dietary requirements.All in all, a stress free birthday party, with everything taken care of and co-ordinated by a very professional host.

This is a good and busy place. You have to wear a mask while entering which you can take off when at the bowling alleys.This place also has snacks and a bar so in an hour that we visited the place it looked a nice place and I'll definitely be visiting the place again.

It is good but very overpriced, my kids enjoy the arcade however since the introduction of the digital cards to pay and collect tokens it has become too expensive with virtually no reward. After £30 of game credit still wasn't enough to redeem a keyring.There is a good selection of games in the arcade for all ages.Bowling is one of the most expensive in Northern Ireland I felt.

Awful experience today in Lisburn Airtastic. First of all I ordered drinks to the lane via the QR code, only one thing came from my order. After a bit of back of fourth and showing my bank statement of the amount taken out of my bank account, were the drinks then given to me. Surely as this order was placed online there would be a trace of the order on your system? Moving on to the arcade, I topped up £20 cash on the kiosk for a card to use on the machines. From there I went to use the card and it wouldn’t work. I asked an employee for assistance as I thought I was maybe doing something wrong to be told there was no money on the card. I told her I had literally just topped it up a few minutes before hand and her response was ‘There is nothing I can do’. Now I don’t know anyone who would be happy with that answer and would be happy to lose £20. Can I also add that no receipt printed out from the kiosk. We asked if the CCTV could be checked for proof of our purchase and that this was the second time there was an issue in the space of an hour so we asked to speak to a manager. The employee then walked away and said ‘I am not standing here taking this s**t’. Now as a retail manager myself, this is not the level of service I would expect my team to deliver. A female manager then came out and did not ask about the situation to find out what exactly had happened or even attempt to apologise for the service we had just received. She actually walked away from us mid conversation. It was at this point we requested a cash refund as opposed to a replacement card. The manager gave us the £20 refund and said that she had the right to remove us from the premises. Remove us from the premises because we were not happy to lose £20 and have an employee swear at us because we asked for the cctv to be checked?? Make that make sense.I think it is absolutely abhorrent to be made feel and treated like liars when all we were trying to do was rectify the situation that was through no fault of our own. We left with 3 very unhappy children and it really did put a dampener on our Father’s Day experience.

Went here Nov 23 for some laser tag and arcade machines.Laser tag was very enjoyable for all ages, a good size space and well organized. Everyone was divided up into 4 coloured teams and scores available to see at the end. The half hour flew in, but was probably enough.The arcade section of this place is great! Not too many machines, but the ones there are very modern, clean, fully functional and a good selection. You buy cards of credits, depending how much you want to spend and tap these on the machines to play. Tickets earned onto the cards which can be spent on items in the shop. The kids loved it!

Great fun for all ages , great parking easy ground floor level access , each individual bowling alley is safely cordoned off , during these uncertain times of C19 it's advisable to book you slot online or by telephone so not to be disappointed. The Bowling building is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink and is straight across from a large leisure water pool.
