Once again I find that a person is far better than a company.Let me explain. When we first booked this holiday the online system tried to charge us more when we got to the payment screen. Thinking this was just what happened, I tried again on a different device and again it was trying to charge us £200 more. Having a TUI store in town i went in and Wendie and her team helped me out and sorted the issue - holiday booked :)With just under 2 weeks to go o our holiday, we were advised by TUI's famously unhelpful email (there is a change to your booking), which if you ever get this could mean anything from your flight has changed by 5 mins to your hotel has blown up :)Reviewing the online portal it advised us that our Hotel was undergoing some small works" and "that this will not effect your holiday".So straight to the shop again we went and I'm glad of it. Not only were they able to tell us what 'small works' means and show us how much of the facilities were disrupted but explained in details our options.After speaking to our party (9 of us including young kids)

I would like to say thank you for all the help Tui Andover gave us when choosing our holiday, this included information on the area and the best type of hotels that suited our needs. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help, the experience was easy and stress free and yes we will be back next year to book another holiday with you.

I Just wanted to say what great customer service I was given from TUI Andover especially from Wendy and Sara they were fantastic dealing with a major problem I incurred with my holiday booking.They both went above & beyond helping resolve the issue managing to re-book the same holiday for later on in the year.Thanks to these two lovely TUI ladies and their team the family now have big smiles on their faces and looking forward to taking off & having a fun break later on in the year. So if you are thinking of booking a holiday I can100% say you would definitely be in the best hands along with great customer service here.

My daughter and I popped in to book her holiday yesterday and we were dealt with by Laura - she was super friendly and very helpful and patient with us. She made the whole experience stress free and took the hassell out of doing this ourselves online which we were very sceptical about doing after seeing several friends book holidays that turned out to be scams!! In fact all of the staff were very welcoming and they deserve 10/10 for making the customer feel 100% satisfied. We will always book through them in the future and hope that they continue with the good service. From two very happy customers.

Costumer service is outstanding, Wendy and her team were absolutely outstanding, with all my enqueries regarding a first time aboard hoilday. Went into the store not expecting much and had no idea what I was doing or where I wanted to go. However I sat down with a lovely lady called Jazmin, she listened to all my needs and exactly what I wanted/would expect from a holiday and booked me the most amazing holiday.
