I asked for a Large Hotchocolate today and when I take the lid off, its only half filled. How is this a large? Im paying for a large and getting a regular in a large cup? Ive ordered a large before and its been full to the top. Whats going on recently? I want a full cup. Im paying for a full cup

I asked for the iced caramel cafe latte at £2.40, lady at the till starts getting anxious saying she never done it before, I’m thinking to myself who knows what I’m going to get now... :| get the receipt and I see I’ve been charged £2.55 for the drink and £0.45 for extra shot of syrup? I asked why and she said it’s because of the syrup. I say it doesn’t say this anywhere, the price it says up there it’s £2.40. So I’m not annoyed for the extra £0.60 I’ve been charged, I’m talking about lack of information, if you want to charge me extra at least put it up there next to the price (You might get charged a different price and then some extra). When I mention it to the lady she gets a bit fidgety, walks away to get a colleague but changes her mind and comes back, puts my stuff to the side and starts serving the others. Then she gives me £0.15 in change. Amazing service. Truly. Never coming back here. It’s the little things. Never got to speak to that colleague, I didn’t get the correct change back and there were no appologies. P.S. I didn’t even have my coffee, and I left that £0.15 on the table, I didn’t want it. I wanted the mistake to be aknowledged. Thank you.
