Went in to get a key cut and was charged £4.99. I ask about the price and told the guy I had never paid that price, so the guy asked his boss which turned into the boss mocking me about how they'd been that price since 1963. Ingenious customer service.

It’s surprisingly huge once you step across the threshold. Prices are pretty reasonable. I wouldn’t really go asking staff for recommendations tho as when I asked for gloss paint I was looked at as if I had two heads. To be worked on is the website. You can find all the stuff on google but then trying to get the same product on the website is impossible. Zero filters. So outdated. If you want to buy best go in store

Never had bad experience here. Everything good but one staff member upstairs seemed a bit unfriendly. Some people just can't say, hi, hello, how's your day, thank you, see you, bye. 23rd July 2023 3pm upstairs.

Nice staff but the place is a tip. Stairs are unsafe. Cut keys have never worked in the three times I have used them.

I use this store to buy items such as paint, paint brushes and hardware goods. I have always had prompt delivery and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I live nearby so is extremely handy. They are well stocked
