Katie was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! I came into the salon feeling very disheartened about a previous cut I’d had elsewhere and honestly Katie has transformed my hair and gave me so much confidence in my hair. She is full of knowledge aswell and provided me with lots of advice/aftercare, will 100% be returning!

Katie is a very talented hair dresser, firstly i felt warm welcomed when i go in as a walk in client. She always check with me is that what I want and being very attentive, and detailed minded. During hair washing, always check with me with the temperature. By the time I know she is the one to style my hair, i totally believed in her, by her well trained hand gestures and confidence from heart. We had a smooth conversation while she keep on performing her duites. Even her mentor/senior showing her how to do, she always stay humble and concentrate, know what to do next. Last but not least, I LOVE MY HAIRCUT!! thats what i want!!!! As a full time mum, being served by Katie and her mentor (Lora) in my little break time, i felt so relieved and respected! I definitely will come back for Katie as my designated hairdresser!!! I love you guys!!!I wish her have a very successful future!!
