Took my phone in to have a new screen fitted cost me £130 phone works fine till the battery went so brought new battery opened phone up only to find out when screen was fitted he had left out half the screws and he only one who had the phone as was only 2 months old he also damaged the back case but wanted us to buy a new bk from him sorry but why would I buy anything from this shop when he couldn't do the job properly in first place defently avoid this place for any repair

Bought a USB-C to HDMI wire from here. Went home, tested it and found it didn't work. Attempted to return or refund after about thirty minutes of ownership and having a receipt and was denied.

Absolutely disgraceful put phone in for simple repair had 5 weeks without repair being done as took too long now phone is worse than it was do not take anything here will be seeking legal advice and compensation this shop needs closing down
