Ordered some loam and turf for back garden project. Order arrived and was quickly laid in rear garden. Great quality turf, laid very easily. First time laying turf, but it went down like a dream. Let's hope it takes and we can enjoy many years of enjoying our new lawn. Thanks to all at Riverside Quarry ltd

I ordered two bags of soil and one of decorative stone and they agreed to deliver it on Wednesday. The chap I dealt with was most pleasant. However, I waited in all day and received a call at 4pm to say that the van had broken down. We rearranged for Friday. The man informed me that they didn't have time to phone customers re specific delivery times. It is now Friday 2pm.i telephoned the office to ascertain the whereabouts of the goods. He said he would ring back. He did and boldly stated that it would be this afternoon. I said I had waited in nearly two days now and he reiterated the afternoon slot. I said its two o'clock now and he then kindly informed me it would be before 5 as they finish then such customer service!

Awful service and disingenuous behaviour. Lied to that an in stock product (gravel) was the same specification as another, of which it definitely wasn't. Delivery of materials did not go ahead and no notice was given until chased. Customers left waiting as this company made false promises. Refund was also the incorrect amount. Extremely surprised that others recommend this supplier as frankly, I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Great service, great product knowledge, great quality and great prices. At Nature's Tailor we design and build gardens that involve both soft and hard landscaping and it is so important to the business to know that we get materials delivered directly to site on time every time. Today I took delivery of a large bag (850kg)of topsoil to fill the planters that I had built for my new patio project. It was a delightfully rich chocolate brown sandy soil, a very welcome contrast to the claggy clay that I usually garden on! Being double sieved there wasn't a single stone and I really enjoyed the process of barrowing it into position. I shall enjoy planting it up even more. The staff at Riverside were extremely helpful, initially in helping me to select which product I needed. Then the delivery man very kindly allowed me to video him using the crane on his vehicle to send to my 2 year old great nephew who is crane mad!! He also positioned the bag exactly where I needed it without having to bother moving my car. I am delighted to have found" Riverside Quarry- now saved on my "favourites" bar ready to use again in the future. Thanks guys!"

The Rivetside Team were really helpful and polite when I ordered my materials. I am particularly grateful for their support in my community projects. Prices are very reasonable and service is extremely efficient.
