Countrywide Grounds Herefordshire

Avoid like the plague, badly ran and extremely unprofessional.

I worked for countrywide Herefordshire for a month and in that time I had no induction or training. Nothing was explained and I didn't receive a copy of my contract, all of the safety switches on all machines were disconnected and all machines are faulty, we were made to work 10 hours days but only get paid for 8 (only realised when I got my payslip) I worked one day with the boss Gareth Jenkins and I didn't get a break just made to constantly work throughout the day because him and his business are losing money (his words) and then to top it all off I worked a full month at £8.90 an hour 45 hours per week and took home £849 without being taxed!!!!!I tried to dispute this and got told my p45 was in the post!Not a place to work
