A homely salon with wonderful organic and cruelty-free products. It was relieving to talk to someone who understands curly thick hair. I was nervous about re-styling but Carla was lovely and made me feel at ease. Best hair-dressing experience I've had yet!

I would thoroughly recommend Carla. She absolutely understands my curly hair and makes the best of it (unlike most hairdressers I've had before). I'm totally confident in trusting her to do a great job. And just as important at the moment, the salon is clean and has safe Covid procedures in place. Finally Carla uses ethical organic products, which definitely gets my vote! *****

Finally, a hairdresser who understands and can cut curly hair! Thank you Carla for being a wonderful human who understands the power of connection, how to build trust with you clients and, best of all, be a terrific hairdresser. I have gone from being annoyed and saddened by my hair, to now having a haircut I ADORE. Carla is highly skilled and excellent at communicating what she is doing and why. Stepping into the salon is a step towards total relaxation. Whether you are popping in for a colour, cut and blow-dry or to purchase some of the fantastic Organic hair products, the whole experience is superb. The customer experience is, without a doubt, five stars. The building is warm and inviting, and the coffee is the best I've tasted. I love how Carla can make the most of my fine hair with a textured cut, gorgeous highlights and applying Organic hair products. I always leave the salon feeling a million dollars. Thanks, Carla, for your expertise and running such an excellent business.

I love having my hair cut by Carla!I can always trust her to take what I'm asking for and adapt it to suit my face/lifestyle. I have never left her salon feeling anything less than fabulous.Her hair products are also fantastic, the root boosting spray is my must-have hair product.

Carla is such a lovely person who also happens to be a great hairdresser. She takes the time to understand who you are and what your hair needs, to create the perfect style for you. This care extends to using products that are not only cruelty free, but that are safe for us and the environment. I have never felt so looked after as I do at Hair by Carla. The service delivered is to a very high standard and I always look forward to my next appointment.

Carla is a unique and totally amazing person! She values every customer and takes her time to make them feel valued and is someone I have come to know as a friend. Carla is passionate about up to date techniques and following trends but without compromising her values in wanting to use organic and vegan products. It is brilliant to find someone with the same values and know that your hair is not damaging the environment or being tested on animals. I have been with Carla for many years and I would never go somewhere else. Highly recommend, she is a total star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
