Good luck getting a quote !! ignored calls and false promises

Rang them for a quote for quite a large job..took my details..never heard back off them..obviously inundated with work..or just ignorant..hmmm

Excellent…I know the issues your having getting in touch with these guys, but trust me it’s well worth it!!When we decided to go with Branching Out we managed to get Gary to come around and he was extremely professional and had a truly great understanding of what should be done. However he was extremely busy and at times hard to get in contact with but he always got back to you in 1-2 days. But is that a bad thing???When his lads arrived on the first day we all discussed what the way forward was just for a sense of security on my part and there was no issues at all. The workman ship, the flag laying, The integrated lights were all fitted to a high standard and I’m very Picky! The lads turned up on the dot and took as long as it took to finish the job correctly. The job took a bit longer than estimated, however the guys never rushed anything. I never once thought they were in a rush to get to their next job. Which is worth it’s wait in gold for me..Every night they cleaned up before leaving and you never knew they were there.We decided to get the garden done due to our little boys tripping over the loose stone and to tell you the truth I wasn’t that enthusiastic about it. But trust me when you get someone in that is exceptional at there job it make a massive difference. The Patio area looks great and I would highly recommend these boys to anyone.. Just looking forward to some nice weather to have the garden parties!!I think Gary is due to take some images of the area, so make your own minds up.Thanks again Lads, Oh and no split lips anymore ☺ (Thanks from our little boys)

I contacted this Landscape service last week and spoke to Gary, he arranged to come out today at a specific time and failed to do so. On trying to contact him his mobile went onto answerphone and I left a message for him to contact me. I waited in for an hour and a half for Gary but he never did contact me.

Very recently had my mothers garden kitted out with composite decking and symphony paving. We are really happy with the end result and will definitely recommend Branching Out to family and friends.

Similar experience to the first review, contacted Gary, arranged an appointment and he then cancelled. Made another appointment that he also cancelled late on in the day when I had arranged my day around the appointment. Made a couple of attempts to rearrange again but in the end gave up due to lack of replies and told him to forget it. That email got the quickest response...I tried my best" Well I'd try someone else to be honest."

Excellent all round.Our garden was a disaster with flooding and moss etc.Gary's team dug the whole thing out and relaid a new lawn and it's been great ever sinceHighly recommend them.JamesNorden

I have been waiting for their reply for three weeks. They said one week now I've give up and found another company. Totally hopeless

Darren has been round twice now first time was 3 months ago, still not measured up and said he needs a third visit with Gary. Cant see it being started or completed this year. Doesnt return calls. Like the previous poster said either business is so good or just ignorant. If its like this now then what would it be like should the job start...feel let down. So much for going local. Will try elsewhere.
