They were under staffed and I had to call back 4 times to confirm an order when finally the guy said I was being rude and slammed the phone down.I was perfectly normal, didn't swear and was simply trying to confirm the colour and order.

Terrific shop and helpful staff. You won't find a better stocked decorators shop for miles. And not only decorating products, they stock some electrical, a good range of tools and even multifinish and bonding.
