My wedding flowers were seriously amazing, they were hugely complimented on, especially where I had my ceremony. The vision I had with was listened to, and I felt gorgeous with the bouquet. Definitely would be recommend.

Flowers look nice, but I asked for them to be delivered at 4pm and they were delivered much earlier when I wasn't able to get to the door and partner was at work; they were given to a neighbour. Would have preferred they were delivered at the requested time so my partner could have been surprised by the door knock and received the flowers herself. I think thatis the main reason people request delivery from a florist on Valentine's day. If i had known they were not going to be delivered at the specified time id have collected them from the shop and saved money.Flowers great. Service not so greatOrder reference: IN11636

Ordered my girlfriend a bouquet for Valentine’s Day as I was away with work and couldn’t be with her. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up and the florist had tried to contact me but internet where I am is very patchy and the messages went to my junk inbox.After speaking to my girlfriend late on Valentine’s Day and realising the flowers hadn’t been delivered we contacted the florist via Facebook. Within 30 mins, she had a lovely bouquet of flowers delivered. This all happened at 9:30pm on a Sunday.Absolutely amazing service and will definitely be recommending and using Dorothy Marchant again!

What an absolute 5 stars service!! Dorothy Marchant Florist has fulfilled what M&S has failed me today. Despite of M&S advertised next day free delivery for flowers and placing my order over 24hours in advance, it was a disgrace that I had to be the one who raised the problem to them. In my mind, just under 2 hours before 5pm on a weekday!! It was less likely that I could find my savior. Thank god to Google search engine!! 1st on the list, I called Dorothy Marchant Florist - turns out - an absolute 1st class of service. The lady who took my call was very sympathy of my situation. The extra mile of service was just amazing....fruits hamper, red wine, quality chocolate truffles and birthday balloons....all delivered in that same evening to our grandpa. They even email me the picture of the hamper as request ( almost in tears when I saw the picture ). I cannot thank them enough and will have no doubt of returning to them again for our upcoming grandmas' birthday flowers and goodies.

I have received the most beautiful flowers from Dorothy Marchant when I was recovering from an operation, I must of had 5 bouquets and they were all different and beautiful. Also very long lasting. Will definetely use in the future.

Rude staff, late delivery and VERY poor quality flowers make this a store I would never consider going back to.When you order flowers (and pay a good amount of money for them) you at least expect them to look ok. The flowers I ordered not only arrived very late but were half dead. Thankfully, another florist in the area was able to come to my aid and save the day. I would never ever consider using this shop again. If I could rate this 0 stars then that would still be too generous. This shop is a cowboy operation at best. Steer VERY clear.

Wonderful florist! I ordered last minute online for a Mother's Day delivery and the bouquet was beautiful! My mum loves them and was so excited! Would highly recommend. Will be using them again in the future!
