I booked an appointment there for our two dogs, but needed to cancel I emailed them to see if I could change the time! And I've had no email or call back!! Which is bad customer service in my eyes!! So I doubt I'll be joining with them now!!

The worst vets. Out cat died because they have overdose him during surgery. They didn't take any responsibility and still asked me to pay for it! Do not risk your pets life!

We took our Cocker Spanial, Tigs, this week for the 1st time. What a lovely experience, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the vet was very thorough and gentle with Tigs. Thankfully our concerns for Tigs were unfounded. Thank you Hawarden Park.

We have just joined this practice with 6 animals. We have so far visited with one of my dogs and two cats and we have been very impressed. The staff are really friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the vets themselves. Having 6 animals it is great to know that I have a good vets on my doorstep.

Excellent veterinary surgery, my choice of vet for my dog and fathers dog, part of the Grange Veterinary hospital . 24hr service covered by their own vets, not outsourced to another vet.

I took my kitten here today and the vet was so lovely and reassuring. My kitten is very timid but the vet was brilliant with her. The receptionist was also really friendly.
