Fantastic apartments with a great location for exploring the city. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was serviced everyday and to a high standard. The local facilities are great. The room was quite hot and even with a fan and the window open we struggled a bit bit that was the only downside. The rooms itself was comfortable and large even being in a studio apartment there was plenty of room for two people. Great place to stay and look forward to going back.

I stayed in a serviced apartment here for a month and did not enjoy my experience. The flat was spacious but sparsely decorated and felt grimey. When I moved in the bathtub was not draining so water would pool at your feet. The bathtub was completely full of water for 3 days until someone came to fix it after I reached out multiple times. Additionally I did not have wifi for the first week of my stay. Lastly, I did not appreciate the service here as I had a package go missing and i also left something in my room when I checked out and the staff just played hot potato with my emails and never ended up responding over the course of a month. Would not recommend staying here.

A really nice comfortable place for a stay in London, in an architectural milestone building. The two-rooms flat was quite big, very functional, and very well maintained. The gym is big, nice, not really crowded, and open for some 16h/day, there is a sauna for 4-6 persons, also free for guests, fresh towels included. The pool is cute, rather small (some 20m) and closed because of pandemics, should be for free, too. The kitchenette has everything for a short and even longer stay, cutlery, dishes, water boiler, fridge, microwave, ceramic heat plate, some cooking accessories, if you really want to prepare something to eat/drink and/or store some food. The sockets are fit also for continental plugs, at least for the light ones like for mobile phones rechargers. One TV set per room, but have not tried them. Other then in most of the hotels you will find more than enough hangers in the two wardrobes. Complete ironing facilities in the flat, and of course a safe box. Staff really nice and helpful.

The apartment is as good as a first class hotel. Good location. It has a professional 24/7 reception, daily housekeeping and towel change and even room service. The reception staff were always ready to help guests and housekeepers willing to accommodate guest needs, which was really exceptional when other hotels had only limited services during lockdown. We felt very safe and at home there.The room is very spacious with lots of sunshine. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything essential except a sponge. There was nothing I could blame in the room. Just one thing: I had to ask for a sponge to wash dishes, which was politely declined first by the reception, but the housekeeper understood my inconvenience and gave me one. Thank you!!! It would be good if the management ensures that these details are taken care of in apartments.

Stayed in these apartments in August 2021. A fantastic stay. They very kindly upgraded us on check in without us asking. Apartment was spotless and very spacious. Generous with toiletries and towels. Kitchen was very well stocked with all utensils you could need. Lovely swimming pool and gym onsite. Great central location and community gardens just outside for a morning or evening walk. Friendly, attentive staff. I would highly recommend and will return!

Stayed for a weekend break which included parking and was the really the best value for money in the peak of July summer season. Cheaper than any other room I could find.Apartments are a nice size with good double bed, decent shower and small kitchen.The pool was kept well and clean when we visited. We ate out every nigh, but stopped for lunch one day at the on site restaurant and it was very good food. They also have gym and some local on site shops which is handy if you want some milk for tea etc.Overall an excellent place for a weekend stay in London especially with the free parking. Would stay again and recommend.

If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. I was specifically looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and a deal with breakfast included. Let’s talk about the breakfast. They literally have cheese and loads of spreads. Oranges juice a bread and a croissant like I’m not human. I was here looking forward too some nice English breakfast but nothing! It was so horrible! I didn’t eat nothing! Then we’re like ok to put our spirits up let’s go for a swim. We’re literally down in the reception dressed for the swimming pool and they tell us it’s closed for maintenance like huh?! Just the day before it was open but we didn’t have time to go there cause we had other plans. I’m a so disappointed in everything here! It was such a big waste of money. Money that I don’t want to be spending like that. It was horrible! I even want a refund because what was this!

Fantastic accommodation in a one bedroom apartment. Great value for money from Secret Escapes. Professional staff, clean apartment lovely continental breakfast delivered to the room early as requested. Really great stay. Can't wait to return.

Nice Apartments for the price. Not far from popular locations. Tub about 3 minute walk from the hotel and bike station located very close as well. Restaurant was shut so we were gutted when we went down for a dinner but ubereats delivered Nice food straight to our apartment door. Breakfast not bad value for the price. Would recommend.
