The service at TP Hearing is excellent, Talisha is lovely and puts you totally at ease. No pressure at all to purchase anything but lots of advice. I feel very confident that if any problems did arise they would be dealt with in the same friendly and professional manner. My husband who already had hearing aids was not offered the after care that is provided by Talisha and I recommend this company to anyone who thinks they have some degree of hearing loss.

My first time at TP hearing to have a wax removal proceedure. The appointment was on time and the service was second to none. I was informed at every stage of the proceedure which left me feeling comfortable at all times. Took my 12 yr old daughter to get some ear wax removed. Talisha was fantastic with her very gentle, kind and made her feel at ease. Fabulous care and attention given will definitely be back in a years time to keep an eye on her ears.

I noticed my hearing was not so good about six years ago, so I went for a NHS test and was fitted with two of the standard behind, or on top of the ear units with snug fitting ear inserts. They were effective for some time, though they needed free replacement batteries fairly often. Eventually my hearing deteriorated a little more, to the point where the aids were feeding back when I needed to turn up the volume to normal.This was when I decided to go private, and I’ve not had to look back since. TP Hearing was recommended to me. It is right across the road from Caradog’s statue in Aberdare. These aids are smaller, less visible, and smarter in the digital meaning of the expression. They connect with mobile phones in a very useful way and are rechargeable. I charge them over night. Apparently, they take a full charge in two hours and will then run for 24 hours if required, which is more than two days. They are comfortable when using a landline also.They can if necessary be turned up very loud (to eleven perhaps) and they do not feed-back. On normal volume I can hear the clock ticking at the other end of our very long kitchen. I hear the birds chattering in their nest box at the other end of our garden. I heard a fire engine many miles away and planes five mile up, where the sound seems to follow behind them.Additionally, if I do not wear them, my unaided hearing seems to have slightly improved, which is quite counter intuitive. Of course, I put them in first thing in the morning and do not remove them until we put the lights out a night. What really pleases me is that I completely forget about them all day as they fit so comfortably, and the sound is so natural. Everyone else is pleased with them too, as no one needs to repeat themselves nor raise their voices anymore.All in all, I can thoroughly recommend TP Hearing, the service is excellent, helpful, and friendly, and I would now be seriously lost without these new aids.
