I went in to get some trousers altered and the lady was not helpful with measuring to see how much the length needed altering by. I also got a text saying that my trousers were ready to collect and they were not ready when I went in to collect them. It then took over a week for them to be ready to collect. All in all, I'm happy with the standard of the alteration but the service wasn't very good.

I was told ( on the Monday ) that my coat would be ready Wednesday. I returned Wednesday ,but the delivery driver had not been there yet and to come back in a half hour.On my return, was informed that the driver hadn't put the coat in the van and please to return Friday.Today ,I was there at 11am only to be told that he had not arrived yet and to return in an hour, on my return,he still had not visited.I waited outside for 15 minutes ,when he arrived with the coat.The service I received was sub standard and I won't use their services again.

Excellent service. Lovely and very helpful staff. Recently brought 2 rather heavy, large fluffy throws for cleaning, 1 of these was a bit of a challenge as it had been subjected to the abuse of student communal living for a year. The ladies did a fabulous job despite this. We have also had alterations (on a bridesmaid dress) in the past and despite the difficult material and several layers needing to be shortened they did an absolutely fantastic job of this too. Thank you, we will be using your services again for any cleaning or alterations. I would recommend to friends.

After waiting for the staff to reopen the shop was told they couldn't dry clean my jacket until next Wednesday. This was impossible to wait a week before it would even go in a machine. Went to a little company who said I could have it back today. Much better service to Johnson Sandbach.
