The kids interactive tour was great and exceptional value for money. The staff are engaging and involve all of the kids in activities throughout the tour.A must for anyone with kids!

Absolute disgrace of the Look North staff presenting the 6:30 local news. As opposed to reporting on genuine topics / news of concern, they seek to inform of the most pointless and none value added information.Stories which are no use to anybody with presenters such as Carol Malia and Jeff Brown who are too concerned on Newcastle United, especially on match day's to report on anything else. In fact, when you phone up the station to report on this as a complaint you're welcomed with inexperience of who is this when you as the caller just want to know who you're speaking with. Utter rudeness, no respect and not a care in the world.
