Visited the last weekend before school started and needless to say it was very busy. Good idea doing the children feet measuring outside to reduce numbers in the shop. As this is an outlet shop, finding your style and size is a lottery

My 3.5 year old daughter really doesn’t like her feet being measured and doesn’t take to everyone but she’s defo always been gifted in sensing “good” people! June was so lovely so patient and put my daughter at ease straight away my daughter was happy to listen to her instructions and she didn’t feel like we were being rushed at all. She gave me so much advice showed me so much variety and helped me make a final decision on sizing and shoe style. She really went the distance even showing me in depth how to see if a shoe is the right fit I’ve usually just been told it’s where their toe is but June showed me all different parts I need to be feeling for. Really lovely lady an absolute credit to the team! She made an experience I would usually have anxiety over stress free thank you June!

Fantastic range of shoes at great prices. Both kids kitted out for school and some bargain work shoes for me. The shop looked great, the service was amazing, especially as it was quite busy, and the kids measuring and fitting was run so well, it was such a smoothly run operation.

Can be busy at times. There can be a limited selection of shoe styles in all sizes by this I mean if you are after a very specific size there may be only an option of two pairs of shoes to choose from.In my experience shoe sizing and fit is not always accurate meaning wasted time and journeys for exchanges through trial and error.Their Shoes are generally good quality and last well with general wear and tear.

We usually find at least a pair of shoes. Last time I got one for me. Much cheaper than the high street store

I just wanted to leave a review for the lady who helped me with my 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son last week. I think her name was June. June was just so lovely. My son really wasn't happy and she made me feel so at ease and reassured me. She was also fantastic with my daughter who can find these kind of situations very difficult. She was really thorough and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful June. Being a mum can be tough but you made that trip so much easier.
